A modern, young pastor from NYC becomes the new lead pastor of a small traditional church in the Deep South, his will to fit in is crushed by the to him greatly opposing world views of the people he meets.

OUR MISSON

Yes, we think more funny Christian movies are needed, but the meaning behind the movie is much deeper. The message of the movie is to show that even though we may be completely different on the outside, in the end we believe in the same thing and that should unite us.

Character Breakdown:

1. Daisy  

Age: 25-30  

Gender: Female  

Ethnicity: Open  

Description: Daisy is Garrett’s neighbor and represents a glimpse of normalcy and connection in his isolated life. She is athletic, friendly, and confident, often jogging in the neighborhood. Daisy becomes increasingly wary of Garrett's odd behavior but remains compassionate. The role requires someone who can portray warmth and strength but also convey discomfort in the face of Garrett’s obsession.  

Notes: Must be comfortable with physical activity (jogging) and able to portray a range of emotions from friendliness to concern.

2. Matthew  

Age: 40-60  

Gender: Male  

Ethnicity: Open  

Description: Matthew is a charismatic and confident car enthusiast who becomes interested in purchasing the Catalina from Garrett. He is personable and somewhat cocky, but there’s a genuine love for cars that drives his character. The role requires someone who can embody both charm and a sense of underlying tension as Garrett’s obsession escalates.    

Notes: Must have a naturalistic acting style and the ability to convey a sense of camaraderie that turns to tension.

3. Uncle Charlie  

Age: 50-70  

Gender: Male  

Ethnicity: Open  

Description: Uncle Charlie is a complex character who is both a father figure to Garrett and a tragic figure in his own right. He is a mechanic with a love for cars, but his life ends in despair. The role requires gravitas and emotional depth, as Uncle Charlie's backstory is pivotal to Garrett’s journey.   

Notes: Actors should be able to portray a mix of warmth, wisdom, and sorrow.

4. Daisy’s Boyfriend  

Age: 25-30  

Gender: Male  

Ethnicity: Open  

Description: Daisy’s boyfriend is supportive and protective, often concerned about Daisy’s interactions with Garrett. He is confident and grounded, providing a contrast to Garrett's instability. The role requires someone who can portray both warmth in his relationship with Daisy and a sense of unease regarding Garrett’s behavior.  

Notes: Must be able to convey a range of emotions, from affection to concern, and have good chemistry with the actress playing Daisy.

“UNTITLED Short Film" is a psychological drama that explores themes of obsession, loss, and mental instability through the story of Garrett, a young man grappling with his self-motivated isolation and an unhealthy attachment to a classic car.

Casting "Island of Secrets," a reality show - "If you are in a relationship with someone you love but you have a gigantic secret eating away at you that you need to get out, this show will help you and will soften the blow with a big financial prize for you as a couple. Do not tell your partner you are submitting for a TV show or it will ruin the surprise and the prize."

Casting "Dream," a child rescue thriller. Synopsis: Five-year-old Jamie Walker goes to the local "Fast Fridays" motorcycle races with her older brother Ray and his friends. During the night, Jamie goes missing. Never to be found. Three years later, Ray has a dream of a security-fenced warehouse where he hears the cries of children.

Haunted by the dream, Ray confides in his best friend Michael. He encourages Ray to dig deeper and soon, after searching around town, Ray manages to identify the warehouse as a real place. At its door, Ray hears a human cry. When the local Sheriff’s department dismisses his allegations, Ray turns to his rag-tag group of friends to take down trafficking in their small town.
